双阶排气型塑料挤出造粒机组，主要由两台排气式塑料挤出造粒机串联成阶式的废塑料回收造粒设备。挤出机采用不同的螺杆设计，适用于多种塑料的再生造粒，螺杆料筒经特殊的硬化处理，具有耐磨性、高产能特性，两阶（子母）排气型塑料挤出造粒机组有"丁字型"和"一字型"排列设计，两挤出机都设计有排气和快速更换滤网装置，可重复将物料加热后产生的气体排出，并经过两次过滤将物料的杂质过滤，使造出来的颗粒更结实、光滑、纯净。此机最适合于ABS、聚苯乙烯（PS）、高压聚乙稀（LDPE）、低压聚乙烯（HDPE），聚丙烯（PP）等再生挤出造粒。部份机型参照国外技术及按我国实际情况而设计，已被广大客户采用。

Double -stage vent style recycling making granular plastic extruder line,mainly build up by two set vent style plastic extruders.Our company produce the extruders that the screws are designed to the various natures of the different material are suitable in recycling making granule, Screws and barrels experience special treatments to become harder, so it endures the wear and tear better with a higher output. The two stage extruders are designed the equipment of vented port and screen changing quickly. Both vented hole and common one can drive the water in the material out and the impurity of plastic is filtrated by screen in the processing course so as to ensure products in good quality. The exhaust type plastic granules extruders manufactured by our Factory are suitable for recycling plastic granules extruding at LDPE, HDPE, PP, PS, PC, and ABS,. Some types of our machines have been designed in reference to foreign know-how and according to our national practice that they have been adopted by massive customers.

卧式水环切切粒塑料挤出造粒机组主要适用于各种LDPE、HDPE料的回收造粒。机组主要是由两阶排气式挤出机，水环式模头切粒总程，脱水机，振动筛，储料斗组成。传统的废塑料回收挤出造粒机的切粒技术是挤出溶体拉条式经冷却固化后经切粒机切粒，而卧式水环切粒挤出造粒机组则是在溶体状态下直接水环切粒的一种新机型，熔态切粒相对于固态切粒有明显的优势。

卧式水环切切粒塑料挤出造粒机组具有下列主要技术特点：

1.由于塑料是在熔体状态下被刀片刮下，经循环水冷却后凝固的，不同粘度的高聚物均可采用这种切粒形式，熔体状态下切粒不会形成任何粉尘，而且切粒形状规整，包装，运输均比较方便

2.根据挤出量自动匹配调节模头的出料量和切粒速度，来改变切粒的大小，也可以人工采用不同刀片数时的刀架来改变切粒大小的形状。

3.直切式水下切粒把切粒,冷却融为一体省去了4~6mm长的冷水槽，大大减少了占地面积。

4.直切式水下切粒把塑料熔体直接切粒，冷却，使造粒工艺实现自动化，操作方便，噪声较低，切片质量好。

Horizontal type water ring granulating and palletizing line is mainly for recycling LDPE HDPE.The line mainly with double stage vent style palleting unit,water ring die face cutting system,vertical dewatering devcie,vibrator,and storage hopper.

Characteristics of the Horizontal type water-ring Palletizing Extrusion Line

1.     Due to plastic material were scraped by the blades at melting state,the solidifying by water cooling immediately, so it is suitable for different melt viscosity of the polymer pelletizing, and no generating any dust, grain regular shape, packing and transportation more convenient;

2.     To change the pelletized size adjusting the extrusion die volume and cutting speed automatically, or changing the number of blades according to the extrusion output;

3.     direct underwater cutter integrated palletizing with cooling, eliminating the 4~6l length of water cooling tank, greatly reducing the land area of the machine.

4.     Direct underwater cutter makes the plastic melt palletizing and cooling directly, palletizing process will be able to implement autoimmunization, convenient operation, lower noise, grains are good quality.

该三阶型水洗废膜专用挤出造粒机组，是由三台塑料挤出机串联成阶式的废塑料回收造粒设备。广泛用于LDPE,HDPE,PP等经过破碎、清洗、脱水后的废薄膜料（物料含水分比例较高，超20%）的回收造粒。

1、主机采用超大直径螺杆，设计有挤压排水功能的下料口以及配备电磁加热，使得物料在第一阶挤出机充分实现脱水及一定程度的塑化。

2、第一阶挤出机于第二阶挤出机采用直联，保证水蒸气及挥发气体处于自然挥发状态，设备操作更安全，中机也设计有进料口，辅机换网等产生的胶头软料可从中机进料口再次进入从而减少浪费。

The Three stage waste film washing material special extrusion line is composed of three plastic extruder.Adopt widely to recycle LDPE HDPE PP which after crushing,washing,dehydration waste film material into plastic granules.(material contain high moisture content,more than 20%)

The machine extruder specially adopt the large diameter screw,design with squeezed drainage function of the feeding barrel and with high-power heating system,makes the material be dehydrated and plasticized completely into a certain extent at the No.1 stage extruder.

The No.1 stage and No.2 stage connecting with flange,ensure that the water vapor and volatile gas keep in a natural volatile condition,operating safely.Aslo there with feeding hole in the No.2 stage.the plastic soft material can refeed into this hold for reduce the waste.

本公司针对废旧塑料回收改性开发出来的新款机器，结合了单螺杆、双螺杆造粒机的有点，实现了对再生塑料回收、共混的所有功能。

再生塑料回收工程中存在纸屑、铝箔、砂石、铁屑、钢丝、木屑、失效消泡剂等各种杂质，这些杂质的存在如果没有加装换网器进行杂质过滤，会造成产品质量的下降，所以我们先采用单螺杆作为主机对再生废旧塑料进行初级熔融，过滤。利用单螺杆转速慢，对废旧塑料要求不高，换网器过滤面积大的有点，使废旧塑料进行初级熔融，过滤，经过过滤的塑料流体流进双螺杆下机，利用双螺杆进行共混，结合双螺杆的全部有点，达到对废旧塑料进行回收、共混的目的。

This type of new plastic recycling machine is specially for waste plastic recycling and modifying,combine with all the advantage from single screw machine and twin-screw machine,achieve all the function aiming at waste plastic recycling and mixing.

During the recycling procedure exist all kinds of impurity like scrap of paper ,aluminum foil,stone,iron,copper wire,wooden scrap etc,.if no screen changer to filter the impurity,it will reduce the pellets quality.therefore we adopt single screw extruder for main extruder to melt the waste plastic,filtration.Application of the advantage for single screw low rotate speed,low request of waste plastic material,big screen changer,to make waste plastic to melt in primary and filter.The fluid after melt into twin-screw second stage ,to mixing under the twin-screw machine,combine all the advantage of twin-screw,can achieve the target of waste plastic recycling and mixing.
